Our team typically responds within 1–3 business days.

How to contact support from inside Async Creator:

  1. Log in to your Async Creator account.

  2. Click the ? Help icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Ask for help.

  4. Our AI assistant will pick up your request first and try to resolve it instantly.

  5. If the AI assistant can’t help, your request will be transferred to a live support agent (paid plans only).

You must be logged into your account to access live chat.
