Our studio experience was designed as “non host-centric approach”, which simply means that the studio can be active even when the host is not inside.
As the recording host, you have the option to accept or deny entry to studio guests. For scheduled recordings, you can toggle on Admit/Deny guests during the scheduling process.
Once the host has entered the studio, guests waiting to be accepted into the studio will appear on the top right corner of the recording studio under Participants. Click Admit or Deny for each participant.

Heads up! Even with its set for guests to automatically join the studio, if an uninvited guest attempts to enter the recording studio, they will need to be granted access by the host.
