💥Tips & Tricks💥

  • Only customers subscribed to the Business plan can create and manage multiple studios within their workspace.

  • The default studio name will be “Username’s studio” (i.e. Jane’s Studio), but feel free to name your studio to match your podcast or show (i.e. Jane’s Culinary Creation Show). You can change your studio name at any time, so don’t get too tied up here.

  • The studio Description will only be visible to the host and their team members if the workspace has multiple members.

  • Each team member (besides Viewers) can create one studio with Essential or Pro subscription plans. With a Business subscription plan, you can create unlimited studios.

  • You can select the transcription language.

  • You can select to let participants join the studio automatically or be manually approved by the host. It's set to be manually approved by the host by default. However, you can change it to automatically.
