If you want to export just one video clip from your project, you can do that directly from the timeline.
How to export a video clip
Open your project in the video editor.
Find the specific video clip you want to export.
Right-click on that clip.
Click Export.
The Export window will pop up.
Select the format you want to use.
Click Export to start exporting your clip.
