Async Creator provides a seamless way to apply coupon codes - whether you’re upgrading your plan or applying a discount to an upcoming billing cycle.
If you are upgrading from our Basic plan to a Premium plan:
Log into your account and click on Workspace Settings.
Select Billing & plans.
Choose the plan you’d like to upgrade to and click Get started.
A window will pop up with the plan details. Review the information carefully, then click Proceed with payment.
On the payment screen, click Add promotional code on the left side.
Enter your coupon code and click Apply.
Click Pay and subscribe to complete your upgrade.
💥NOTE💥 PayPal does not support coupon code applications. Please enter card details in order to proceed with a coupon.
Applying a coupon code to an upcoming billing cycle:
Log into your account and click on Workspace Settings.
Go to Billing and plans, and under Payment settings, click the three vertical dots and select Apply coupon.

Enter the coupon code and click Apply. The code will be applied to your next billing cycle.
