Creators can cancel their subscription plans at any time. Please note that your account will be downgraded to the Basic plan at the end of your current billing cycle. However, you will retain access to all premium features until then.
How Can I Cancel My Subscription?
1. Log in to your account.
2. Each workspace has a separate subscription - double-check that you’re canceling the correct one.
3. Once in the correct workspace, click on Workspace Settings and then Billing and plans.
4. Click on the three dots in the right corner and select Cancel Subscription.
4. Confirm by clicking on Cancel Subscription.
After cancellation, you will continue to enjoy all premium features until the end of your billing cycle. You will also receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.

Will I receive a confirmation? Upon canceling, you should receive an email confirmation of the cancellation. Ensure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Can I reactivate my subscription? Yes, canceled subscriptions can typically be reactivated by visiting the billing section and selecting a new plan.
