Engagement Booster is an AI-powered editing assistant that helps turn mid- and long-form videos into more engaging, audience-ready content.

It analyzes your video, improves storytelling flow, and helps boost viewer retention with minimal manual editing. Instead of spending hours cleaning up a video by hand, you can use AI to remove filler, tighten the story, create a stronger hook, make your audio sound studio quality, and build a speaker layout automatically.

The easiest way to use Engagement Booster is through AI Chat in the Video Editor.

Engagement Booster helps you:

How to use Engagement Booster in AI Chat

There are two main ways to get started with Engagement Booster through AI Chat.

Option 1: Use it on an existing recording

  1. Open your recording in the Video Editor.

  2. In AI Chat, prompt the chat to apply Engagement Booster.

  3. Async will analyze the video and suggest improvements to help increase engagement.

  4. Review the suggested changes and apply the ones you want.

  5. Continue editing or export your improved video when you’re ready.

Option 2: Upload a prerecorded video and use AI Chat

  1. Create a new project in the Video Editor.

  2. Upload your prerecorded video.

  3. In AI Chat, ask Async to apply Engagement Booster.

  4. Review the suggested edits and enhancements.

  5. Apply the changes and continue editing as needed.

This is a great option if your video wasn’t recorded in Async but you still want to use Engagement Booster on it.

Chat

If you want to apply Engagement Booster without going through AI Chat, you can:

  1. Go to Recordings and open the recording you want to enhance.

  2. Click Start analysis on the right-hand side.

  3. Engagement Booster will analyze your recording, identify engagement gaps, and show a projected engagement score lift along with suggested improvements.

  4. Review the suggested changes and apply them with one click.

  5. Export your polished video when you’re ready.
