When using Async Creator, you may encounter prompts from your Chrome browser to grant browser permissions, such as access to your microphone or camera.
To ensure you can effortlessly continue your recording session, you’ll need to make sure that the correct permissions have been granted.
To give Chrome the necessary access:
Click on the lock symbol in the upper left corner of your browser.
Toggle on Camera and Microphone.
If necessary, click Reload. Your selections will automatically be saved for future use.

Don't forget to log into your Async Creator account using Google Chrome and avoid using Incognito/Private mode. You’ll also want to verify that only one Async Creator tab is open on your browser.
